I was looking for a cheaper phone plan. I have had my phone and plan for so long that I got comfortable with them just taking money out of my account eery month. Another cool thing is the phone is Stereo Bluetooth® Capable… meaning I can use my bluetooth headphones to listen to music in both ears. hahaha I am not too sure if I like the GPS ability.  Do I need “the man” knowing where I am at all times?

5. Tutoring – The more websites you sign up for, the greater your chances of tutoring full-time. If paying a percentage of your wages to a third party doesn’t appeal to you, print out business cards and rely on word-of-mouth advertising to launch your business.

6. Caretaking – Do not give out contact information to a person until after you have done some research on them. A criminal background check on a client is a small price to pay in terms of your safety.

7. Mystery shopping – Do not expect to get rich by secret shopping one location. The key to success is to register with multiple shopping companies and to check your email frequently.

8. Online teaching – Avoid paying astronomical fees to list your services on websites. Opt instead to choose places that allow you to post ads for free.

9. Virtual assistant – Set up shop in a quiet part of your home that is free from noise and distractions. Invest in a good headset and pick a home phone plan with unlimited long distance calls.

10. Product demonstrations – Wear a comfortable pair of shoes because you will be standing on your feet the whole time that you are working.

They also list several issues to consider before you embark on a new money-making venture — issues like assessing your skills, knowing your competitors, and negotiating a price.

Extreme conservative Mr. Limbaugh wants to become an NFL team owner. Apparantly he wants to partner up with Dave Checketts, the owner of the St. Louis Blues. Limbaugh give any details, but said the two of them “have made a bid to buy the Rams and are continuing the process.”

Limbaugh and Checketts have not made it clear if they plan to purchase the team in full or purchase a percentage of stake in the Lambs. (Sorry, I’m a 9er fan. Calling them the ‘lambs’ is habit.) Madam Ram’s, aka Georgia Frontiere, children own 60% of the Rams and Stan Kroenke, St. Louis billionaire entrepreneur, owns the other 40%.

We’ll see if Limbaugh will do better with this attempt to get into the NFL than his brief stint as an ESPN commentator back in ‘03. Rush “resigned” after his comment about Donovan McNabb. Limbaugh said that McNabb is overrated and that the media wants to see a black quarterback do well in the NFL.

In 2008 Forbes listed the St. Louis Rams to be worth $929 million (23rd highest in the NFL).

The Rams went 2-14 in 2008 and just lost to the 49ers 35-0.
